Our House Rules

  1. Please do not take food through to the bedrooms.
  2. Do not leave dishes, cups or glasses in the common areas or outside. Please return them to the kitchen.
  3. Please ensure windows and doors are closed and locked at night for security.
  4. Please leave common areas neat and tidy.
  5. Treat lodge staff with respect at all times.
  6. Please be considerate of others as this is a shared space. Keep noise and other disturbances to a minimum.
  7. Lodge staff provide general cleaning and maintenance services for the upkeep of the lodges.
  1. No speeding on the property or roads in the area.
  2. Accommodation will be payable monthly in advance. No refunds for early departure will be given. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice must be given before departing.
  3. Damage to the property or its contents caused by yourself or your dependents will be charged to your account unless it forms part of ordinary wear and tear.
  4. Check in time 14h00 check out time 10h00.

Tipping and/or gratuities are customary in South Africa as a show of appreciation for good service. Any tips for the staff will be greatly appreciated.

Terms & Conditions

  • Short Term
  • • A refundable deposit may be required upon booking to secure your room.
  • • All rentals are charged per night and are payable monthly in advance.
  • • Should you be nearing the end of services a weekly rental can be charged.
  • • 2 weeks’ notice is required if you are departing earlier than expected or if you wish to move to another lodge.
  • Long term (4 months or longer)
  • • A refundable deposit will be charged to secure your room.
  • • A monthly rate will be charged and rental will be payable before the 1st in advance.
  • • A rental agreement will be required to be signed.
  • • Should you wish to depart earlier than expected you will be liable for the balance of the lease term.
